The photo eye is a secondary safety device. It produces a beam between the 2 units. When the beam is broken, it will keep the gate from closing. Designed for use with 12/24 VDC gate operators, this kit provides an infrared safety beam that detects obstacles in the gate’s path, preventing accidental closures and ensuring safe operation for vehicles, pets, and people.
This model includes battery-powered photo eyes, making installation easier by eliminating the need for direct wiring to the operator. Built with weather-resistant housing, the photo eyes are designed to withstand outdoor environments while maintaining consistent performance.
